Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and client-focused Wedding Planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing weddings from concept to completion while ensuring a stress-free and memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.
Plan and design wedding concepts, themes, and timelines.
Source and coordinate with vendors including decorators, caterers, photographers, venues, entertainment, and logistics providers.
Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and event schedules.
Manage budgets and ensure cost control without compromising quality.
Oversee all event preparations, rehearsals, and on-site coordination.
Handle last-minute changes or challenges calmly and efficiently.
Ensure smooth execution on the wedding day from setup to closure.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in wedding planning, event management, or hospitality (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic event planning tools.
