Women's Yoga Trainer (1+ Years Experience)
FindUrHealth is looking for a passionate and certified Women's Yoga Trainer to join our growing women's health and fertility wellness team in Kompally, Hyderabad.
If you have experience conducting yoga sessions for women and are passionate about supporting holistic health, fertility, PCOS, prenatal and postnatal wellness, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group yoga sessions.
- Design personalized yoga programs based on client needs.
- Guide women through yoga practices for fertility, PCOS, prenatal and postnatal wellness.
- Teach breathing techniques, meditation and stress management practices.
- Promote flexibility, strength, posture and overall well-being.
- Coordinate with the nutrition team to deliver holistic care.
- Monitor participant progress and provide motivation throughout their wellness journey.
- Maintain a safe, positive and professional training environment.
Requirements
- Certified Yoga Instructor.
- Minimum 1 year of yoga training experience.
- Experience in women's health, fertility, PCOS, prenatal or postnatal yoga is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping women achieve better health through yoga and wellness.
- Professional, punctual and client-focused attitude.
