Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design of projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in visual communication
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques
Co-lead (along with a Design Director) and participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas and perspectives to solve creative challenges
Create compelling visuals that resonate with our brand
Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure brand consistency
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and workflows
Take ownership and lead projects under guidance and instruction of the Art Director
Be involved in not just leading projects responsibly but also design coordination
Working towards creative solutions
Well versed and updated on design news, design trends and impact on the commercial environment

Who we are looking for:

Proven experience (3–6 years) in a senior creative role within the home, fashion or design industry
Portfolio in branding, social media, content creation, photography, and design
Good understanding of design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as basic animation
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from ideation to execution

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
