About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and marketing team at Elkos Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, distributors, and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our diverse range of pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic products, and support our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients, stockists, pharmacy owners, and healthcare professionals to introduce the company and our product portfolio.
Lead Generation: Identify promising prospects, generate qualified sales leads, and schedule appointments or follow-ups for the on-ground sales team.
Product Promotion: Clearly and persuasively explain the benefits, availability, and pricing of our pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
Database Management: Accurately record all call details, client feedback, and follow-up schedules in the company database and Google Sheets.
Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls from clients, address their questions, and provide accurate information regarding orders or product details.
Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role. (Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a strong advantage).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and Hindi. Fluency in regional languages is a plus.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Soft Skills:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle rejections gracefully and maintain a positive, energetic attitude.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
