Job Description – Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our Business Development team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across the US market. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career sales professional who enjoys researching companies, connecting with senior decision-makers, and building sales opportunities through a combination of calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

The ISR will play a critical role in creating qualified sales opportunities and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, and other market intelligence tools.
Build prospect lists by identifying Directors, Vice Presidents, CXOs, and other senior business and technology leaders.
Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and personalized email campaigns.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges, technology landscape, and transformation initiatives.
Schedule introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development/Sales leadership team.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently identifying and nurturing new opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activities within the CRM.
Work closely with marketing and business development teams on outreach campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
Continuously refine messaging, outreach strategies, and prospecting techniques to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to improve prospect conversations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Minimum 6 qualified customer meetings per month.
Consistent pipeline generation through outbound prospecting.
Monthly activity targets across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
High-quality CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking.
Positive contribution toward opportunity creation and revenue growth.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify ideal customer profiles.
Ability to write compelling and personalized outreach emails.
Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and C-suite executives.
Confident in making outbound prospecting calls.
Strong networking skills using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Development, Business Development, or B2B Technology Sales.
Exposure to CRM platforms
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales engagement tools is preferred.
Interest in technology consulting, Data & AI, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Transformation is a plus.
