Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our homeopathy clinic. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience while efficiently managing appointments, patient records, and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Attend incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently
Maintain and update patient information and clinic records accurately
Handle billing, payment collection, and receipt generation as required
Ensure the reception area remains neat, organized, and presentable at all times
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist patients with appointment-related information and clinic procedures
Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks as needed

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and data entry proficiency
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities effectively
Prior experience in reception, customer service, or healthcare settings is preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
