We are currently in the MVP stage and are looking for a highly driven, startup-minded technical builder who can help shape the technology foundation from ground level.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hands-on Founding Technical Lead who can:
- lead early-stage product execution
- coordinate development efforts
- build scalable architecture
- manage freelancers/vendors
- and gradually build the in-house tech team
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across:
- frontend
- backend
- cloud
- APIs
- databases
- basic IoT integrations
- AI/analytics understanding
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProduct & Architecture
- Design scalable system architecture for future SaaS + IoT platform
- Build and manage backend APIs and integrations
- Structure databases and cloud infrastructure
- Ensure scalability for future analytics and AI layers
Full Stack Development
- Develop and manage frontend interfaces
- Build backend services and APIs
- Manage deployment pipelines and environments
IoT + Device Layer
- Coordinate integration with digital screens/media players
- Support future AI camera integrations
- Understand remote device monitoring architecture
Platform Development
Help build future modules like:
- advertiser dashboard
- retailer dashboard
- admin CMS
- analytics reporting
- wallet/payment systems
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Manage freelancers/agencies
- Coordinate UI/UX implementation
- Help hire future engineering team members
REQUIRED SKILLSMust Have:
- Strong understanding of full stack development
- Experience with React / Next.js
- Node.js / APIs / databases
- Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS preferred)
- Product thinking mindset
- Startup execution mindset
- Ability to work independently
Good To Have:
- IoT exposure
- AI / Computer Vision exposure
- Real-time analytics systems
- SaaS platform experience

- Raspberry Pi / Jetson understanding
