Full job description

We are a leading manufacturer of industrial instrumentation products and automation solutions, serving industries including Water & Wastewater (WTP, STP, ETP), Process Industries, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, and Manufacturing. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in Lucknow and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
Promote and sell industrial instrumentation products and automation solutions.
Visit customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, system integrators, dealers, and end users.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
Coordinate with internal engineering, proposal, and production teams for timely order execution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
Support payment follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
Experience: Fresher to 3 years in industrial instrumentation, automation, process control, or technical sales.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of industrial instrumentation products such as Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level, Analytical Instruments, Control Valves, PLC, SCADA, and Automation Systems is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel extensively within Lucknow and nearby regions.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
