- Front Office Trainee (1 position)
Housekeeping Department
- Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) (6 positions)
Key ResponsibilitiesFor Culinary Roles:
- Prepare and cook authentic Indian/Continental cuisine
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist senior chefs and manage kitchen operations
- Support food preparation and cleaning activities
For F&B Roles:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Serve food and beverages professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Handle guest requests and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Supervise service staff (Captain role)
For Front Office Role:
- Assist in guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information
- Learn front desk operations and management systems
For Housekeeping Roles:
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure high standards of hygiene
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Follow standard operating procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Relevant experience in hospitality industry (preferred for senior roles)
- Fresh graduates/trainees welcome for entry-level positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays
- Team player with positive attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (for culinary and F&B roles)
