Welcome all visitors, clients, and customers with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic greeting upon arrival
Direct guests to the appropriate department, staff member, or showroom area based on their specific needs
Manage the reception and waiting lounge area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and properly stocked with refreshments
Log visitor footfall and collect initial customer data (name, contact details, purpose of visit) into the digital portal or tablet
Monitor and manage customer waiting times, alerting sales executives when their scheduled appointments arrive
Answer initial, basic customer inquiries regarding company services, store hours, and location directions
Maintain continuous awareness of the main entrance to ensure basic security and visitor protocol adherence
Assist the administrative and sales support teams with light clerical work, filing, or data entry during low-traffic hours
Collect customer feedback data at the exit point to support quality control metrics
Coordinate with the floor manager to optimize visitor flow and eliminate bottlenecks during peak operational hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
