Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
General Ledger: Maintain the general ledger, process journal entries, and balance subsidiary accounts.
Reconciliation: Perform timely balance sheet reconciliations and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
Audit & Compliance: Compile data for external and internal audits, and ensure compliance with local and federal tax laws.
Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in the annual budgeting process and conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis to support forecasting.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and review of work for junior accountants and bookkeepers.

Core Requirements & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Credentials: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent designation is highly preferred.
Experience: Typically 5 to 8+ years of progressive accounting or public accounting experience.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and tax codes.
Software: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, or ERP systems).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
