JOB BRIEF:-

Tele sales / Tele caller is responsible for Cold calling enquiries generated in the Company. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers/students. Using scripts to provide information about product's or courses features, prices etc. and present their benefits.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Initiating sales with potential students over the phone.
Developing a comprehensive plan for career development based on each student’s interests, needs, and goals.
Working on leads generated and converting it into the admissions.
Recommending educational opportunities such as vocational training or job prospectus courses that may lead to a career change.
Keeping up to date on all products, courses and informing students of new products and courses offered.
Taking walk-in and telephonic inquiries about all the courses
Meeting sales quotas achieving target enrollments.

EDUCATIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:-

12th, Any Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with the knowledge of tele sales or telemarketing.
Good Communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi speaking.
Excellent Telephonic communication skills.
Having the knowledge of Excel including all MS Office. (Work experience in Excel should be preferred)
Freshers or 1 to 3 Years of experience in tele sales and career counseling at any educational sectors.
Both Male & Females are considered for this job role.
