Overview:

Salesforce Lead Engineer:

This is a varied delivery role, with the following responsibilities assigned, (depending on your skills and experience as well as company needs):

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high quality technical solutions that empower the Marketing teams to utilize the Marketing Cloud automation platform

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other Integrations,
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and writing statements of work,
Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders,
Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio
Design and implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio,Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize further,
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics,
Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. (Nice to have) proficiency with Data Views and Discover Reports within Analytics Builder, Einstein Engagement,
Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources,
Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud,
Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.
Deep, hands-on technical understanding of SFMC’s data extension, contact architecture, and integration and automation capabilities
Hands-on development experience with AMPscript, SSJS HTML and CSS
Customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions with REST APIs, AMPScript, SSJS and SQL development, including email and Cloudpage template development
Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other Integrations
Develop automated email/mobile Journeys using Email Studio,Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder
Ability to engage in technical discussions with clients
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions, including data and automation errors.
Should be a Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Requirements:

Resident Salesforce technology expert responsible for design and technical implementation
Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions.
Collaborate with internal feature development team to determine best path for Salesforce platform implementation.
Stay in tune with latest Salesforce technology updates, changes, community, and roadmap(s).
Understand the ins and outs of complex technology environments and know how to optimize solutions for efficiency and simplicity
Responsible for the iteratively improving our Marketing Cloud data model and architecture
Enjoy teaching and coaching the business team on how to best use SFMC
Maintain and document technical processes and marketing automation procedures and provide seamless hand-off to business users to utilize
