About the Role:

Part-Time (flexible — can do alongside your full-time job / after college hours)
Flexible workload – work as much as your schedule allows!
20- 30 hrs/week | Long-term growth | Ongoing US Project
Location: Remote- Goa based candidates ONLY
Experience: Open to students, freshers, and experienced professionals

Our engineering team at AMDG Collective LLP provides data analysis and scoping services for U.S.-based infrastructure projects. We remotely review and document sidewalk and curb ramp imagery captured by autonomous robots to ensure ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance — a key law ensuring public spaces are accessible to everyone, including persons with disabilities.

As a Civil Works Project Specialist, you will be part of a small, collaborative team working under the guidance of a Team Lead. The Team Lead will provide direction, training resources, and quality oversight, ensuring accuracy and consistency across deliverables.

If you have a background in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or industrial design, and enjoy work that blends technical detail with problem-solving, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Work on US based curb ramp compliance mapping and analysis project.
Review, measure, and document curb ramp details according to defined standards and tools.
Use structured templates (Excel) and workflow guides to produce accurate deliverables.
Maintain high attention to detail and ensure consistent quality in every submission.
Ask questions when requirements are unclear—collaboration and clarity are valued.
Adapt to evolving tools and processes (training and updates provided).
Maintain daily work hour tracker
Promptly work on remediations and submit to Team Lead.

Required

If you are a college student/ experienced individual is seeking to gain practical experience and earn while you learn, this role is a great fit.
Freshers / recent graduates and experienced candidates from a background in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or industrial design can apply.
Experienced professionals from a background in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or industrial design can apply
Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work.
Comfortable asking questions and collaborating in a remote environment but with integrity and excellence.
Commitment to producing quality work and meeting deadlines.

Beneficial

Background in civil or mechanical engineering, architecture, or industrial design (Diploma or Bachelors and above degree works)
Familiarity with GIS tools, civil drawings, or construction measurement standards.

Compensation

Hourly Long-term, ongoing project with potential for expansion based on performance.
Compensation: Hourly & based on experience

This project involves identifying small defects or measurement differences in sidewalk and curb ramp imagery. Is your attention to detail and accuracy in work good?
Have you previously worked on remote data analysis, mapping, surveying, or construction documentation projects?
Are you open to training and learning new tools/processes like Mapbox?
Do you have a personal laptop 8 GB RAM not older than 6 years works fast or desktop computer that you can use for work on a daily basis?
