Job Title: Student Support Admission Officer (SSAO)

About the Role

Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL) is looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented professionals for the role of Student Support Admission Officer (SSAO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents, driving admissions, ensuring fee collection, and delivering an exceptional student experience while achieving assigned sales targets.

This role requires excellent communication, counselling, customer relationship management, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve admission and revenue targets by counselling prospective students and parents.
Promote, sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Aakash's educational programs through face-to-face counselling, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding fees from parents.
Deliver an excellent student and parent experience throughout the admission journey.
Handle student queries, concerns, and complaints professionally while ensuring quick resolution.
Maintain accurate student records and complete all admission-related administrative activities.
Coordinate with academic and non-academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and support.
Follow company policies, operational processes, and compliance guidelines.
Build long-term relationships with students and parents through exceptional customer service.

Required Skills

Strong counselling and sales aptitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle students and parents with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working with CRM and sales-related software.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit: 34 MAX

Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in counselling, sales, admissions, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and the regional language is mandatory.

Working Details

Working Days: 6 days a week.
Week Off: Rotational week off between Monday and Friday.
Saturday & Sunday: Mandatory working days.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
