Team Leader – IT Project Management

Location: Goa
Industry: Pharmaceutical
Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – IT Project Management to lead and manage IT projects for a leading pharmaceutical client in Goa. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical compliance standards and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, regulatory authorities, and external vendors.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication regarding project status, risks, and issues.
Ensure all IT projects comply with pharmaceutical regulations, including GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and industry standards.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams for documentation, validation, and compliance activities.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Track, manage, and resolve project issues effectively.
Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management when required.
Oversee implementation and integration of ERP, CRM, LIMS, and other pharmaceutical IT systems.
Lead, mentor, and support IT professionals, business analysts, and technical specialists.
Foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience managing ERP, CRM, LIMS, or other pharma-specific IT applications.
Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
