Full job description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act and statutory compliances.

· Handling quarterly, half-yearly, and annual compliances.

· Assisting in convening and conducting Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings.

· Drafting agendas, notices, and preparing minutes of meetings.

· Managing ROC filings, registering company documents, forms, returns, and applications with statutory authorities.

· Acting as an authorized representative of the company before regulatory bodies.

· Managing and supporting secretarial and compliance audits.

· Hands-on experience in corporate governance and compliance processes.

· Writing reports and maintaining statutory records and registers.

· Coordinating and collating information required for compliance and governance purposes.

· Handling documentation and paperwork related to certifications and licenses such as FSSAI, DGFT, Factory License, etc.

· Managing vendor-related compliance activities.

· Preparing and maintaining documentation for vendor on boarding and tenders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Qualified CS Professional with Membership .

Preferred Skills

· Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to collate, analyzes, and manages data effectively.

· Commercial awareness and practical approach to work.

· Meticulous documentation and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
