GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE / F&B SERVICE ASSOCIATE / HOSTESS

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associates / F&B Service Associates / Hostesses to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Manage booking logs, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
Present menus and explain food, beverages, and special offers.
Assist guests in selecting menu items and upselling where appropriate.
Ensure guests are comfortable throughout their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and service teams for smooth operations.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
Assist during buffet setups, special events, and banquet services.
Ensure takeaway and packaging services are performed as per standards.

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Experience in F&B, Restaurant, Café, or Retail will be an added advantage.
Freshers with a positive attitude are also welcome.
