We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven Trainer - US Staffing & Recruitment Excellence - to enhance recruiter capabilities, drive productivity, and improve recruitment outcomes across the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning programs, coaching recruiters, ensuring process compliance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in US staffing, recruitment processes, training delivery, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Training & Capability Development

Design and deliver onboarding, refresher, upskilling, and advanced training programs for recruitment teams.
Conduct assessments, certifications, mock calls, and role-play sessions to evaluate learning effectiveness.
Build structured learning paths to accelerate recruiter readiness and performance.
Identify competency gaps and create targeted development plans.

2.Productivity &Performance Improvement

Drive recruiter productivity through coaching, mentoring, and continuous performance interventions.
Analyze recruitment metrics such as sourcing, submissions, interviews, placements, and conversion ratios.
Develop performance improvement plans for individuals and teams.
Partner with delivery and operations teams to improve hiring outcomes and business results.

3.Process Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to US staffing processes, client requirements, and company policies.
Conduct regular quality and compliance audits on recruiter activities, candidate screenings, and submissions.
Promote process discipline and quality standards through ongoing training and reviews.
Address performance and process gaps through corrective coaching initiatives.

4.Learning Content & Knowledge Management

Develop and maintain SOPs, recruitment playbooks, training manuals, and knowledge repositories.
Standardize training content and ensure materials remain current and relevant.
Maintain training documentation, version control, and process updates.

5.Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Delivery Managers, Account Managers, HR, and leadership teams.

Align training initiatives with business goals, client expectations, and organizational priorities.

Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate improvements into learning programs.

6.Technology & Innovation

Train teams on ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other recruitment tools.
Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled recruitment solutions, and productivityenhancing technologies.
Introduce innovative learning methods, micro-learning modules, and digital training solutions.

7. Organizational Development & Strategic Initiatives

Support recruiter ramp-up and workforce capability-building programs.
Contribute to organizational development, employee engagement, and knowledgesharing initiatives.
Lead or participate in strategic projects, process improvements, and transformation programs.
Measure and report the business impact and ROI of training interventions.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Training, or a related field.
3-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Recruitment Training, or US Staffing.
Strong understanding of the US staffing lifecycle, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment metrics.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and learning management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Key Success Metrics

Improvement in recruiter productivity and recruitment KPIs.
Training effectiveness and certification success rates.
Reduction in new hire ramp-up time.
Quality and compliance audit performance.
Recruitment tool adoption and utilization.
Measurable impact on placements, team performance, and overall business outcomes.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
