Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CCTV Engineer / CCTV Technician to join our team in Madhya Pradesh, other location. The candidate should have hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and security systems.
Job Location: Sidhi (Madhya Pradesh)
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV systems (IP/Analog), DVR, NVR, MDVR & Wi-Fi Cameras
- Configuration and troubleshooting of IP cameras, networking systems, switches, and recording devices
- Installation & servicing of Fire Alarm, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm & Biometric Systems.
- System integration, testing, and on-site client training
- Handling client queries, maintenance calls, and SLA-based issue resolution
- Coordinating complaints, assigning manpower, and ensuring timely closure
- Upgrading and optimizing security systems as per client requirements
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of networking & CCTV systems
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and at client sites
- Willingness to travel for site work (if required)
Qualification
- ITI/ Diploma / BE/ B.Tech/ Any relevant technical qualification.
