Full job description

Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients.
Assess patients' physical and emotional conditions and report any changes to the Duty Medical Officer or Consultant.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and blood transfusions as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, intake/output, and clinical progress.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in patient records.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medical procedures.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
Maintain strict infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE usage.
Ensure patient safety by following hospital policies and patient identification protocols.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, diet, and discharge instructions.
Respond promptly to patient calls, emergencies, and code blue situations.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient care areas.
Check and maintain nursing equipment and report any malfunction immediately.
Ensure adequate stock of medicines, consumables, and emergency supplies in the assigned ward.
Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, physiotherapy, and other departments for patient care.
Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
Follow all NABH, Nursing Council, Biomedical Waste Management, and hospital quality standards.
Attend nursing handover at the beginning and end of every shift.
Participate in hospital training programs, CMEs, fire drills, mock drills, and quality improvement activities.
Report incidents, medication errors, adverse events, and patient complaints according to hospital policy.
Maintain professional behavior, discipline, punctuality, and ethical standards.
Wear the prescribed uniform and hospital ID card during duty hours.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Nursing Superintendent, Ward In-Charge, or Hospital Management.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
