The Junior Brand Manager is responsible for supporting end-to-end brand management activities for assigned clients. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets, maintaining brand consistency, and assisting in campaign execution and performance tracking.
The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requirements efficiently within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (under supervision).
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with clients for updates, approvals, and feedback.
- Ensure all client communications are documented and tracked.
2. Task Planning & Execution
- Break down client requirements into actionable tasks.
- Assign tasks to internal teams (content, design, video, performance, etc.).
- Ensure tasks are executed as per deadlines and quality standards.
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion.
3. Content & Creative Management
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Review drafts before sharing with clients for approval.
- Track revisions and ensure proper implementation.
4. Approval & Quality Control
- Ensure all deliverables go through proper QC before submission.
- Maintain version control of creatives and content.
- Track errors and ensure corrections are implemented.
- Work closely with QC teams to reduce repeated mistakes.
5. Campaign Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with performance marketing teams for ad execution.
- Ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time.
- Track campaign timelines and deliverables.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Collect data from different teams (social media, ads, SEO, etc.).
- Prepare basic performance reports for clients.
- Highlight key insights and observations.
- Support senior managers in strategy improvements.
7. Process & Documentation
- Maintain trackers for tasks, approvals, and deliverables.
- Ensure all workflows follow company SOPs.
- Update internal systems with task status and client updates.
- Document recurring issues and suggest improvements.
8. Time & Resource Management
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Ensure efficient utilization of team resources.

Preferred Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or client servicing
