Position Title

Quality Assurance Executive / Manager

Job Summary

The Process & Policy – Quality Assurance professional is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and improving organizational processes, policies, and quality standards. The role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, process standardization, and continuous improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and update company policies, SOPs, process manuals, and compliance documents.
Ensure all operational processes are aligned with company standards and business objectives.
Conduct periodic process audits and identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance issues.
Monitor process adherence across departments and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Coordinate with department heads for policy implementation and process improvements.
Prepare quality assurance reports, audit findings, MIS reports, and compliance dashboards for management review.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure documentation control and maintenance of policy repositories and records.
Conduct employee awareness sessions and training on process compliance and quality standards.
Support management during internal and external audits.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of process management, SOP creation, and policy drafting.
Understanding of quality assurance standards and compliance practices.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and documentation management.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualification

Any Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.

Experience

3 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Excellence, Compliance, or Policy Management.
Experience in Retail, Jewellery, Manufacturing, or Corporate sectors preferred.

Preferred Attributes

Ability to handle cross-functional coordination.
Strong decision-making and reporting capability.
Experience in audit handling and process improvement initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
