Job Title: Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design functional, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing spaces. The Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams to develop architectural plans from concept through completion while ensuring compliance with building regulations and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed plans.
- Meet with clients to understand project goals, budget, and requirements.
- Prepare 2D/3D designs, models, and presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, electrical, and MEP consultants.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project progress when required.
- Review construction materials and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and approvals.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors during execution.
- Modify existing designs based on client feedback or site conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Valid architect license/registration preferred.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations.
Proficiency in design software such as:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- 3ds Max

Experience
Freshers to 2 years: Junior Architect
3–5 years: Mid-level Architect

BIM experience is an advantage
Work Environment
Office-based with occasional site visits
Full-time position
Salary: Based on experience, skills, and project exposure
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
