As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the successful planning and execution of our medical education initiatives.

About the Role: Project Executive
The Project Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of medical education projects, CME programs, and collaborations with healthcare stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Assist in coordinating with medical associations for educational initiatives and member engagement.
· Support collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across multiple medical specialties.
· Coordinate with government and private hospitals for educational activities and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement.
· Assist in planning and executing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, webinars, workshops, and other scientific events.
· Coordinate with pharmaceutical companies, medical device companies, and other industry partners for smooth project execution.
· Maintain project timelines, trackers, documentation, and status reports.
· Coordinate with internal departments including Medical Affairs, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams.
· Ensure timely communication with stakeholders and follow up on pending deliverables.
· Prepare project-related reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
· Support vendor coordination and event logistics whenever required.
· Ensure quality and timely execution of assigned projects while adhering to company processes.
Skills Required
· Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Life Sciences or MBA (Healthcare/Marketing preferred).
· Experience: 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical education, or allied industries.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
· Familiarity with project management tools will be an added advantage.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
