Operations Executive – Fleet Operations

Job Summary

Qelvo Private Limited is looking for an Operations Executive to support daily fleet operations and ensure smooth vehicle deployment, maintenance coordination, compliance management, and operational reporting. The role acts as a key coordinator between drivers, vendors, workshops, and the operations team to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and maximum fleet uptime.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure vehicle availability as per operational requirements.
Coordinate vehicle allocation, replacements, and standby arrangements.
Schedule and track preventive maintenance and vehicle repairs.
Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and drivers for operational support.
Monitor EV charging schedules and fuel utilization.
Maintain vehicle documentation including RC, Insurance, Permits, and Fitness Certificates.
Track document renewals and compliance requirements.
Conduct basic vehicle inspections for safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Prepare daily MIS reports on fleet availability, downtime, maintenance, and incidents.
Support audits, billing requirements, and operational reporting.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Transport Operations, Logistics, or Mobility Services.
Experience in Cab Operations or Employee Transportation Services preferred.
Good knowledge of vehicle documentation and fleet management processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
