Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for JEE/NEET students
- Build strong conceptual understanding among students
- Prepare tests, assignments, study material, and academic content
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and mentoring programs
- Track student performance and academic growth
- Participate in test analysis, parent meetings, and counselling sessions
- Maintain classroom discipline and student engagement
- Work closely with academic planning and management teams
- Contribute toward strong academic results and selections
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching passion
- Prior JEE / NEET teaching experience preferred
- IIT / NIT / AIIMS / Top Institute background preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong classroom handling and mentoring ability
- Result-oriented and student-focused mindset
- Experienced faculties from reputed coaching institutes preferred
