Full job description

Position Overview:
The Back Office Sales Coordinator Executive will play a critical role in supporting pharmaceutical sales operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitating smooth vendor and client interactions. This position requires precision, professionalism, and strong coordination skills to manage documentation, approvals, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming RFQs and coordinate responses with accurate product specifications, COAs, and pricing.
Prepare and maintain vendor registration forms, compliance documents, and approval requests for ministries, hospitals, and regulatory bodies.
Track vendor approval status, follow up with procurement teams, and ensure timely onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and regulatory submissions in CRM and ERP systems.
Generate detailed sales reports, category alignment data, and compliance summaries for management review.
Coordinate with logistics and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and cold chain protocols.
Assist in preparing polished marketing materials and professional communication for client outreach.

Qualifications & Skills: B-COM, Business Administration, or related field.

0-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales coordination, vendor management, or regulatory affairs.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
