Position: Part -Time English Trainer / English Teacher / English Faculty
Location: Perinthalmanna
Employment Type: Part -Time
Department: Academics / Training

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Trainer / Faculty to join our academic team in Perinthalmanna. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English classes, improving students' communication skills, and supporting their overall language development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive English language classes for students.
Develop students' spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and communication skills.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, worksheets, assignments, and other teaching materials.
Use practical activities, discussions, role plays, and presentations to improve students' confidence in English.
Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, activities, and regular evaluations.
Provide individual guidance and feedback to students based on their learning needs.
Maintain attendance, academic records, and student performance reports.
Motivate students to actively participate in classroom activities.
Coordinate with the academic team regarding students' progress and training requirements.
Maintain professional classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / English Literature / Education or a related field.
Prior experience as an English Teacher, English Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, or Faculty is preferred.
Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
Ability to train students from different levels of English proficiency.
Confident, patient, approachable, and student-friendly personality.
Freshers with excellent English communication and teaching ability may also be considered.
