Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to support the daily HR operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment support, employee documentation, attendance coordination, onboarding, HR records maintenance, employee communication, and general HR administration.

MBA HR / MSW HR / BBA / B.Com / Any Degree with HR experience.
Additional HR certification will be an advantage.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HR functions and recruitment process.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, payroll, and compliance will be preferred.
Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Ability to handle employee records and confidential information.
Good interpersonal skills, follow-up skills, and time management.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience

Freshers with good HR knowledge may apply.
Experienced candidates in recruitment, HR operations, or HR administration will be preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualification, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,855.49 - ₹33,181.00 per month
