Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Designer to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong visualization skills and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and layouts.
Develop realistic 3D models and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
Prepare concept designs, presentations, and visualization materials for clients.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements.
Modify and revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
Ensure all drawings and visualizations meet company standards and deadlines.
Maintain organized project files and design documentation.
Stay updated with latest design trends, software, and rendering techniques.

Required Skills

Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Lumion
3ds Max / Blender
V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape
Photoshop
Strong understanding of:
Interior & architectural design principles
Space planning
Material selection and lighting concepts
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Fresher/experienced
knowldege in architectural visualization or interior design projects preferred.
