Candidate Profile (Must Have)
- Masters in Food Science Technology/Chemistry/ Bio-Technology from an Institute of repute.
- Experience: 6–10+ years in food manufacturing / FMCG / ingredients / nutraceutical / dairy / beverage / similar
- FSSC/ISO systems: Strong working knowledge of FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 / HACCP / GMP
- Audit strength: Proven ability to handle auditors independently and drive NC closures
- Hands-on plant mindset: Not a desk-only QA; can work on the shop floor and utilities reality
- Cross-functional influence: Comfortable pushing implementation with Production/Engineering
Preferred / Advantage
- Certified FSSC internal auditor / lead auditor training
- Exposure to utilities: water treatment, steam/boiler water quality basics, sanitation/CIP validations
- Experience in ETP operation governance / compliance reporting
- Exposure to process improvement methods (Kaizen, 5S, basic Lean)

- Calm under audit pressure: confident, factual, organized evidence handling

Working Days- Monday to Friday ,Weekly Holidays- Saturday & Sunday
Working Hours-
Shift timings - 1st Shift: 6:15am – 3:15pm
2nd Shift: 12:00pm – 9.00pm
Note: Shift timings may be changed from time to time as per business and safety requirements.
