JOB DESCRIPTION

I. JOB DETAILS

Job Title

AM – Sales & Marketing

Reporting Mgr

Department Head

II. JOB PURPOSE

On Account Settlement for the department

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities –

To have a close watch on TPA sale amount.
Coordination with Finance, Billing, Front office & TPAs for day to day TPA / On account related work
TPA Queries of Saket complex.
All time to time assigned work should be completed with in TAT.
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies & practices.
To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
To Comply with patient safety policies

IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Measurable Deliverables

Timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
Only 15 Days TPA sale amount should be left on account in accounts Ageing.

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS /SPECIFICATION

Minimum Qualifications

MBA (Marketing)/Diploma in Marketing
Graduate

Experience

Preferably with 8+ years
