Full job description

We are looking for an experienced enterprise sales professional who is currently active in the market, with strong ongoing relationships across relevant customer segments, and who can begin contributing to pipeline and revenue from an early stage in the role.

Reporting to: CEO

Experience: 8+ years

India and US

Experience

8+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Service Sales, with an established and current network of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) buyers – CXOs, and VPs/Heads of Product, Design, Engineering, or Digital Transformation.
Experience selling into software or digital product leaders across categories such as Design (UX, UI, Product Design, Design Research), Technology Consulting, AI Solutions, or Engineering Services.
A strong, active network of decision-makers within the ICP segment, with ongoing engagement and regular interaction.
Experience in driving go-to-market strategy and consultative solution selling for enterprise and mid-market customers.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers, across both US and India markets.
Experience selling AI-powered platforms, enterprise automation solutions, or SaaS products.
A well-recognized profile within the design, technology, or product community, with a track record of building trust with senior stakeholders through direct relationships.

A strong, active network of ICP relationships that supports early business development and pipeline generation.
Strong capability in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and strategic account planning.
Clear understanding of AI-powered solutions, with the ability to communicate the business value of AI agents, automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively across two geographies (US and India), with an understanding of buyer behavior and deal cycles in each market.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solution strategies and commercial proposals.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
A visible, credible presence in the design/technology/product community.

What You Will Do Enterprise Sales, Growth & Market Development

Leverage an existing network of ICP relationships to build qualified pipeline.
Develop and execute account growth strategies to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing business, across US and India markets.
Build relationships with software and digital product owners and other enterprise stakeholders through outbound outreach, professional networking, referrals, and business development efforts.
Position yuj designs’ Design, Research, Digital Transformation, and AI Product solutions as strategic enablers of business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Lead discovery conversations to understand customer objectives and challenges, and translate them into clear value propositions and commercial solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, including solution positioning, proposal development, commercial negotiation, Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing, and contract closure.
Work with Leadership, Marketing, Product, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to shape go-to-market strategy and develop customer-centric solutions.
Identify emerging market opportunities and trends to inform new offerings and long-term revenue growth.
Represent yuj designs at client meetings, industry events, and forums across both US and India to build strategic relationships and strengthen brand presence.
