The candidate should ensure patient comfort, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate records. --- ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Collect blood samples using venipuncture, finger pricks, or heel pricks * Label and handle samples correctly for testing * Maintain hygiene and follow infection control procedures * Ensure patient comfort and explain procedures * Maintain proper documentation and records * Transport samples safely to the laboratory * Handle basic lab equipment and supplies --- ### **Requirements:** * Diploma or certification in Phlebotomy / Medical Lab Technology (MLT) * 0–2 years of experience (freshers can also apply) * Good communication and patient-handling skills * Knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols --- ### **Preferred Skills:** * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Good interpersonal skills * Team player --- ### **Working Conditions:** * Work in home collection & coustomer support * Flexible shifts (morning/evening) * May require standing for long hours --- ### **Salary (Optional):** * As per industry standards / experience-based
