We are looking for a passionate and energetic Commis III to support daily kitchen and bakery operations. The role involves basic food preparation, assisting hot kitchen chefs and bakers, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Freshers with hotel management or bakery/café/kitchen/cooking experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food and bakery preparation as per recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Support chefs and bakers in daily kitchen operations
- Handle basic cutting, prep work, storage, and mise-en-place
- Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and ingredients
Requirements:
- 0–1 year experience in café, bakery, or kitchen operations
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts
- Team player with positive attitude
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
