Job Description (JD) – Talent Acquisition ExecutiveJob Title:

Talent Acquisition Executive

Department:

Human Resources (HR)

Reporting To:

HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's manpower requirements. The role involves coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand manpower requirements from department heads.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Verify candidate documents and employment details.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate the joining process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience:

2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in manufacturing or apparel industry is an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good interviewing and assessment skills.
Knowledge of recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Time to fill vacancies.
Number of positions closed.
Quality of hire.
Candidate joining ratio.
Offer acceptance ratio.
Recruitment cost optimization.
Hiring manager satisfaction.

Working Conditions:

Full-time, office-based role.
May require travel for campus recruitment, job fairs, or recruitment drives.

This JD is suitable for a Talent Acquisition Executive in a corporate or manufacturing organization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
