Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinators / Tele callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services over calls, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Criteria / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in telemarketing, B2B/B2C sales, or business development.
Proven experience in creating, managing, and maintaining customer/prospect databases.
Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Database Management

Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and digital outreach channels.
Create and manage new customer and prospect databases; regularly update existing records to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and improve lead quality.

2. Appointment Setting & Sales Support

Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups for the sales team with qualified prospects.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and quotations for key accounts.
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to assist in strategic sales planning.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

Act as the first point of contact for prospects, handling inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer retention.
Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and overall customer experience.

4. Reporting & Performance Analytics

Track and report telemarketing KPIs including call volumes, lead conversions, pipeline movement, and database growth.
Analyze campaign performance, call outcomes, and lead quality to identify improvement areas.
Collaborate with management to optimize outreach strategies and telemarketing workflows.

5. Process Improvement & Team Support

Identify and implement improvements in outreach strategies, lead nurturing, and database management processes.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior telemarketing staff on best practices and performance improvement techniques.
