Key Responsibility:

Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
Manage billing, invoicing, cash transactions, receipts, and payment processing
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports
Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor accounts
Maintain purchase records, stock-related accounts, and inventory documentation
Update accounting entries in ERP/software systems and maintain spreadsheets and databases
Coordinate with sales, inventory, and operations teams for accurate financial reporting
Process vendor payments and monitor outstanding balances and receivables
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents
Assist in GST, tax documentation, audits, and compliance-related activities
Support senior management with financial analysis and branch performance reports
