Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Internship

As we continue to scale, we are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our People Operations team and contribute to creating a seamless employee experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized People Operations Intern to support our onboarding and HR operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Human Resources, enjoys working with people, and has excellent coordination and communication skills.

As a People Operations Intern, you will assist in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires while supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the onboarding team in coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents and records.
Coordinate with new hires to ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.
Prepare and issue onboarding-related documents, letters, and HR forms.
Schedule induction sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems and internal trackers.
Support HR operations with documentation, employee records, and compliance-related tasks.
Respond to employee queries regarding onboarding and HR processes.
Coordinate with IT, Admin, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Assist with other People Operations initiatives and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior internship or project experience in HR is an added advantage.
