Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and maintain high standards of guest service and
operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee daily hotel operations across all departments.
* Supervise and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, and other operational teams.
* Ensure excellent guest service and handle escalated guest concerns professionally.
* Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and service standards.
* Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Ensure hotel SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures are followed.
* Monitor room occupancy, reservations, guest feedback, and overall hotel performance.
* Oversee restaurant and guest-service operations when required.
* Conduct regular team meetings and operational briefings.
* Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
* Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational expenses.
* Coordinate with management regarding revenue, costs, staffing, and operational requirements.
* Review daily reports and prepare operational updates for management.
* Support staff recruitment, training, and performance development.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies.
* Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and hotel activities.
Requirements
* 4–7 years of experience in hotel/hospitality operations, preferably in a managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of hotel operations and departmental coordination.
* Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Good understanding of guest service and hospitality standards.
* Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively.
* Good knowledge of hotel management systems and operational reporting.
* Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
