Full job description

Marketplace Management

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Create and maintain product listings using bulk upload tools.
Ensure accurate product data, pricing, inventory, and catalog health.
Resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and platform-related challenges.

Online Merchandising

Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and content to improve visibility and conversions.
Plan promotions, deals, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

AI Content Creation

Create product images, lifestyle images, banners, and marketing creatives using AI tools.
Improve product content and visual presentation to increase sales.

Sales & Growth

Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
Track product performance and recommend actions for growth.

Inventory & Operations

Coordinate inventory planning to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer feedback.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Identify opportunities for new product launches and category expansion.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
Experience with bulk product uploads and catalog management.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Experience using AI tools for image and content creation.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently drive sales growth.
