Full job description

General Administration:

Oversee the hospital’s front office, reception, housekeeping, security, and other support services.

Ensure that administrative operations comply with healthcare laws and internal policies.

Monitor and maintain hospital infrastructure and facilities.

Staff Supervision & Coordination:

Manage and supervise non-medical staff including receptionists, clerks, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

Facilitate training, scheduling, and performance evaluation for administrative staff.

Ensure adequate staffing levels for efficient hospital operations.

Facility Management:

Coordinate maintenance of hospital premises, utilities, and equipment.

Manage contracts with vendors for services like laundry, cafeteria, biomedical waste disposal, etc.

Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Patient Services:

Oversee the admission and discharge process to ensure smooth patient flow.

Handle patient grievances related to administrative services and take corrective action.

Work with the front desk to improve patient satisfaction.

Inventory and Resource Management:

Oversee procurement and stock management of non-clinical supplies (stationery, housekeeping materials, etc.).

Coordinate with the finance and purchase departments to maintain budgets and vendor relationships.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure administrative compliance with NABH, JCI, and other accreditation standards.

Maintain necessary documentation and prepare reports for hospital management and audits.

Liaison & Coordination:

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth coordination.

Interface with government and regulatory bodies when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
Computer Knowledge must needed

0-5 years of experience

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
