Perform daily SAP entries related to Production, Inventory, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch.
Create, release, and monitor Production Orders in SAP.
Post Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), Stock Transfer, and Inventory transactions.
Update material consumption, production confirmations, and stock records in SAP.
Maintain Material Master, BOM, Routing, and production-related data.
Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile physical stock with SAP records.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Production, Inventory, PPC, Quality, and Dispatch.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers using Excel.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, PPC, and Accounts departments for data accuracy.
Support inventory audits, stock verification, and internal audits.
Maintain records and documentation as per company procedures.
Identify data discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of SAP (MM, PP, WM modules preferred).
Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts).
Understanding of Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Store Operations.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification:

Experience:

1–5 years of experience in SAP Operations and MIS Reporting within the Automobile or Manufacturing Industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
