## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Campus In-charge cum Operation Manager to oversee the overall facility management, discipline, infrastructure, repair, and maintenance of our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and leadership, preferably as an ex-serviceman.

## Responsibilities

Oversee the overall facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Ensure discipline and order within the school premises.
Manage and supervise the infrastructure, including classrooms, laboratories, and other facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services.
Manage the school transport system, ensuring safety and punctuality.
Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the school administration to achieve institutional goals.

## Skills

Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with CBSE regulations and guidelines.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
