Job Title: School Clerk / Administrative Assistant

Location: Amar Jyoti Vidya Mandir English High School & Junior College, Bhayandar (East)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update student records, files, and school databases.
Handle government education portals such as UDISE+, SARAL, and other regulatory systems.
Should be familiar with the working of Coral Draw software or any related ones.
Assist in admission procedures, student documentation, and fee-related administrative work.
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of student and staff ID cards.
Scan, organise, and maintain digital and physical records.
Perform clerical tasks using MS Word, MS Excel, and other office applications.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Knowledge of school administration and government education portals will be preferred.
Good communication, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience in a school, college, or educational institution will be an advantage.
