Full job description

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Work from Office
Shift Timing: Day Shift | 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays Off)
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years (Travel Industry Only)

Job Responsibilities

Handle international travel inquiries and assist customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
Plan, curate, and customize international holiday package itineraries according to client preferences and travel requirements.
Manage flight ticket bookings, including reservations, cancellations, rebooking, and re-issuance processes.
Oversee post-sales support and coordination for both travel packages and air ticketing services.
Provide accurate, budget-friendly, and well-structured travel solutions to clients.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups and effective support.
Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, hotels, and destination partners as required.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1 year of practical experience as a Travel Consultant or Travel Executive.
Strong knowledge of international destinations, holiday packages, and airfare systems.
Ability to independently create detailed and attractive travel itineraries.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
Preferred Qualification: BTTM or MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

Travel Executive: 1 year (Preferred)
