What you’ll be doing:
As our Manager Business Development for the Punjab, you’ll be the go-to person for expanding our dealer network, ensuring smooth billing operations, and making sure our customers are delighted at every step. Think of yourself as both a relationship builder and a business driver.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealership Appointments: Identify, connect, and onboard new dealers/distributors across Punjab.
Relationship Management: Nurture strong ties with new customers/dealers, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed.
Customer Billing & Coordination: Identify new customers, Oversee timely billing, payment follow-ups, and smooth transactional processes.
Market Development: Scout for new opportunities, gather market intelligence, and feed valuable insights to the management. Participate in Melas, expos and gather new customer acquisitions
Target Achievement: Drive sales and ensure dealership targets are met in line with company goals.
Marketing Activities: Support and execute regional marketing initiatives, product demos, and dealer meets.
Government Liaisons: Work closely with government for subsidy empanelment, Liaisoning, meeting and coordination
Team & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with internal teams for dispatches, service, and after-sales support.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Agri-equipment, machinery, drones, or FMCG sectors).
Strong network-building skills – you’re a people person who knows how to get things done.
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi.
A self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively within Punjab.
