Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during night shifts.
Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
Valid nursing registration.
Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
