Job Description – 3D Lighting & Animation Artist
Location: Mohali, Phase 8B
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Salary Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Lighting & Animation Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic skills in lighting, animation, motion graphics, and product visualization, along with a solid understanding of compositing workflows.
You will work closely with designers, animators, and creative teams to produce high-quality visual content for branding, product presentations, advertisements, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D lighting setups and realistic renders for products and scenes
- Develop engaging 3D animations and motion graphics for marketing and promotional content
- Work on product visualization projects with attention to detail and realism
- Perform basic compositing and post-production tasks
- Optimize render quality and workflow efficiency
- Participate in concept development and visual storytelling
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of 3D Lighting & Animation
- Experience in Motion Graphics
- Expertise in Product Visualization
- Basic compositing skills using:
- Adobe After Effects
- Good understanding of rendering workflows and visual aesthetics
Software Knowledge
- Blender / Maya / 3ds Max / Cinema 4D or similar 3D software
- Adobe After Effects
- Experience with rendering engines such as:
- Cycles
- V-Ray
- Arnold
- Redshift
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, composition, and rendering principles
- Proven experience in product animation (portfolio/demo reel required)
- Proficiency in software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema4D, or similar
- Experience with modern rendering engines and rendering workflows
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing lighting, animation, and visualization work
